Every month I am charged more than my bank fees on an unlimited account, without explanation or willingness to refund. My cash back limit has been 200$ since the beginning of my service with them and every time Iโve requested a higher limit theyโve confirmed that itโs been accepted, only to hold my funds again for 5 business days.
When I request answers, theyโve told me that they donโt understand whatโs happened and that they canโt help me. Then when Iโve asked to close my account, theyโve also told me that they canโt help me with this either.
Scotiabank charged my TFSA 10$ every month without me signing a contract saying they had the right to do so, then also gave me 0% return on my money. When I requested a better account, they told me one was not available to my tax bracket because I didnโt have $10,000 to invest upfront. When I requested to speak with an agent to learn more about finances and how to use my money more intelligently, they offered me products and services with no education whatsoever. I am fed up and angry. I have hated this service since the day Iโve opened the account when I was 16, and now have opened an account with prospera.
