Scotiabank - Don't care to keep customers
I had a great Manager i use to deal with he retired all went to sh.....I have a lot of business with Scotia several accounts actually. My Manager retired no one has my account I float around asked a financial ad visor that received in the mail if he was my new contact he said no would let me know who would be and he never got me anyone. Scotia had a property was interested in perhaps purchasing took the Mtg person 3 days to contact me lost the property. The manager called me and made excuses for that person not contacting me for 3 days. I said i lost the property thought if Scotia was selling it and i am a Scotia customer that you could help me but guess not.
I have a lot of money in accounts for investment will be moving my business, have a Mtg coming up for renewal will be moving this also.
I needed an RRSP went in March 1st, i told the person i was dealing with that i work in Cambridge he said go to one of the branches in Cambridge i did no one could help me (everyone was booked) really not one person nope i was told.
Sad i had to go to another bank BMO they did my RRSP for me. I told this Manager i would be leaving and taking my business elsewhere he never contacted me. Left a voice msg and sent an email.
I have back up of what i am saying if anyone at Scotia cares to see
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Scotiabank Cons: Absolutely no help at this branch ever when i need it.
