Scotiabank - Horrible service with no communications between departments
Fisrt I get a call saying they are scotia and they want me to put in a date of birth - I hang up and call them as this is a scam - I spend that time 5 hours getting this resolved go to the bank get everything changed my cards cancelled - I speak to 4 people - after all this I get another call form the same number I call again and it was because I was two weeks late on one payemnt - never happend before and i had just transferd 75K to them .again I call to complain and no one knows that the number is theirs and not a scam - called the president office of tried to help but they said we are not changing our system sorry - all staff there are now trained on the word sorry but nothing happens. THen they forgot to order my new cards and then today it happens again - I have now wasted over 8 hours on this and all they can say is sorry - after 25 years of me being with them I will be moving get away form them and stay away
