I have tried for days to get someone to answer the phone at Scotiabank Flight Desk. I waited 92 minutes one day, 80 minutes another day.

As I write this I am on hold again after 52 minutes. The taped message keeps saying, "Your call is important to us. An agent will be with you shortly." It's insulting to people's intelligence. Why don't the record a message that offers to take my name and number and call me back?

That would sound more like customer service. Any suggestions on where else to bank and invest money where they hire enough staff to answer the phone?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
