Bad customer service. I received an email on GIC renewal. I called the bank and my call was never returned. I called again and was told that the email could be a hoax!! When I got another email, I decided to walk into a branch and was finally able to resolve the issue. Imagine that!! Being sent on a wild goose chase !!

I spent 4 hours in a line where I was the 14th person just waiting to open a payroll account. The representatives all looked like the customers were bothering them. Thid was in Montego Bay Jamaica at the branch at Sam Sharpe Square. That bank is a disgrace. Something needs to be done about the staff. Mayne they need new staff or to train the ones there. It is Ri ridiculous.
