I used Scotiabank home equity line of credit to make payments to three credit cards, I got confirmation numbers. But, after a few days, I noticed by myself that the payment didn't go through.

And, the bank even didn't give me a notice. I called them, they said that is not their error, but because I didn't active my scotialine credit card, which I never use and think that just associate with the line of credit but not an essential part of it, and , the confirmation number just indicate I did that transaction, not necessarily means that payment go through.

So I have to pay a large amount of interest charge to my credit card because Scotia bank missed my payment! Sucks.
