Not able to logon to Scotia bank on line banking for 5 days or more, customer service has changed my password 6 times, says their site is down for maintenance but my wife's card works fine. Got a new card still the same issue.

Customer Service hasn't got a clue what to do just keeps passing me off. They don't listen to your issue or understand your issue after explaining it 20 times nor do they really care.

Today they say they are going to escalate the issue to their technical team and will get back too me. This is how they treat a loyal customer of thirty years WOW is unbelievable and they get away with.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Called my branch to get a direct deposit form, left several messages, no call back, called again, no one ever answers, left message again, took 2 days to get this form which they ended up sending the wrong one, I myself had to show them which form I required as the small business advisor and the branch manager had no clue. Then received a call back with all the excuses under the sun. Brutal service and incompetent people working there.
